We’ve been to Cookie cutters before and it’s always been great but this last appointment was fantastic! My son HATES getting his haircut but his stylist was so patient with him and helped him work through his nerves - telling my son each time he was about to do something and whether it was the clippers or scissors or the comb. The haircut turned out so nice and my son hopefully won’t be as scared to come back next time!!

Maya did an amazing job working with my grandson. Before this haircut, getting his hair cut was always a traumatic experience, it usually took several people just to hold him still. Although his initial reaction was to fuss, Maya stayed calm, patient, and incredibly kind. She took her time, reassured him, and worked at his pace instead of rushing or forcing the situation. The difference was night and day. By the end, his haircut was done and the experience was so much better than we’ve ever had before. We are beyond grateful for Maya’s patience and understanding. She truly made a stressful situation manageable and positive for both my grandson and our family. Highly recommend Maya, she’s absolutely wonderful with kids who need a little extra care and compassion. He loved sitting in the fire truck and watching Paw Patrol. I took lots of videos but here’s a picture of him getting his haircut in the fire truck & a final picture of him sitting in the Minnie Mouse car.💛✂️

I just took my son for his haircut and we had the best experience. The place is so cute and perfect for kids. The stylist was so friendly and patient and did a wonderful job on his first big boy haircut. The salon is equipped with a variety of seating options for the kids (fire truck, car, airplane, etc) and tv’s to help distract them where they will put on their favorite show. Note his first 2 haircuts had been at a regular barbershop and did not go well. My son loved the experience at Cookie Cutters and had a great time. We live 1.5 hours away but it was absolutely well worth the trip.

We went to this location for our baby boy’s first haircut and oh my goodness, we had the best experience here!!! Maya cut our one-year-old son’s hair and she was so patient and sweet and playful with our little guy. She did a great job of keeping him calm and comfortable while getting his hair cut for the first time. She kept her cool and was so patient with him even though he started fussing/crying towards the end of the haircut. It was truly impressive what a nice job she did on his hair and how fast she was, all the while making sure our little guy was doing ok and having fun. Thank you so much Maya!!!!
